We also have great deals on our variant covers by Craig Taillefer and Bryan Silverbax & Wes Hartman.
Issue 4 is 30pages of sword & sorcery, loosely inspired by Bram Stoker's Jewel of the Seven Stars and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Ring of Thoth, the latter of which provided the basis for Universal's 1932 film, The Mummy.
Like I've said before, Issue 4 is, in my humble opinion, the best script I've written for the series. And Mick and Julio have done a fantastic job with the interiors, as you saw in the preview I sent last week.
This issue is a biggie, and a major turning point in the series.

Last time, I promised you a peek at Mick Beyer's inks for the standard cover. So without further ado...
We think this is some of Mick's best work, and we're stoked to be offering this bad boy for sale during the campaign.
Make sure you head to our Pre-Launch page to see the finished cover (you got a sneak peek in that project image), plus our Universal Movie Poster variant by Bryan Silverbax--both with stunning colors by Wes Hartman.
Back soon with a preview and more details about plans for the rest of the series, including our launch date for issue 4!
Meanwhile...
Wes has been busy!
In addition to coloring both of our variants for BBoF, he also found time to knock it out of the park on Don Nguyen's cover for my latest collab with David Schrader, CARMILLA UNBOUND: 1984.
That's all for now! Back VERY soon with that preview and launch date for BBoF #4...

Hello from the Blazing World!
Last time out, I shared Craig Taillefer's sketch for his variant cover to issue 4. And now, drumroll, please...
Behold the final version!
Craig knocked this out of the park, and after being a fan for many years, we're thrilled to have his work grace the cover.
If you're not familiar with his stuff (or even if you are!), hurry on over to his campaign for SIAN: THIEF OF KHOR-SHAVARAH #1 to get a double shot of great-looking sword & sorcery:
OK! Back soon with a peek at Mick Beyer's inks for the standard cover. It's a doozy, and (don't tell him I said this), maybe the best thing he's ever drawn...
See you soon!
- Clay
P.S. If you haven't already, please check out our newest campaign for the DEADSKINS! 10th Anniversary Hardcover. We just hit our first stretch goal and are about to announce #2. If zombie horror/comedy floats your boat...
